Job summary

APi Group seeks a Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Senior Associate to drive successful integration of newly acquired businesses. This role connects diverse teams, aligns stakeholders, and supports execution throughout the integration lifecycle.

You will gain exposure to leaders across APi Group, building understanding of operations, processes, and integration practices while contributing to strategic growth and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, finance, operations, organizational development, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in project management, business integration, operations, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop project plans and manage timelines, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables.
• Experience building trusted relationships and aligning cross-functional stakeholders around priorities.
• Experience driving adoption of project management tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees integration project activities.
• Aligns integration activities with strategy, goals, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Provides accurate timelines and ensures resources align to priorities.
• Aligns stakeholders through communication, influence, and relationship building.
• Partners with business leaders to ensure quality delivery of integration deliverables.
• Serves as trusted advisor to integration teams, promoting collaboration and transparency.
• Identifies risks, actions, issues, decisions, dependencies, and synergies across workstreams.
• Guides adoption of integration tools and processes during deployment.
• Leads and trains teams in use of integration and project management methodology.
• Advocates for change management with empathy for relationships.
• Continues to develop knowledge of APi Group project methodology, technical skills, and culture.
