Job summary

APi Group is seeking an M&A Integration Senior Associate to accelerate strategic growth by guiding the integration of newly acquired businesses. The role connects diverse teams and leaders across the organization, enabling collaboration, alignment, and execution throughout the integration lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in project management, business integration, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop project plans, manage timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Ability to build trusted relationships, influence without authority, and align leaders around priorities.
• Experience adopting project management tools, methodologies, and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration project activities and ensure alignment with strategy, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Provide accurate timelines and ensure resources align to priorities.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure quality delivery of integration deliverables.
• Promote change management and adoption of integration tools and processes.
