Job summary

DNV Energy Systems North America is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background in energy technologies and/or project financing for M&A advisory services. You will lead high-value engagements, serve as delivery leader and senior relationship manager for strategic customers, and mentor junior staff while shaping best practices across the team.

The role requires managing complex, multi-technology due diligence, interfacing with internal specialists, and guiding projects

Qualifications

• Senior PM with a strong technical background in energy technologies or project financing.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary due diligence engagements.
• Ability to translate technical findings into commercial insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-discipline due diligence engagements with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes.
• Provide senior oversight for due diligence execution with emphasis on QHSE considerations.
• Coordinate technical reviews across civil, electrical, energy assessment and other teams.
• Mentor PMs and APMS, develop repeatable methods, tools, and best practices.
• Lead client dialogues, develop winning proposals, and align work with budget and timeline.
