Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior M&A Analyst to support end-to-end business development efforts, guiding acquisition opportunities and divestitures. You will work with leadership to shape strategy, product posture, and go-to-market approaches while aligning with sustainability goals.

Ideal candidates have a finance or economics background, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and proven modeling skills to build insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or quantitative subjects.
• 3-5 years of directly applicable experience preferred.
• Management consulting or investment banking experience preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining financial models preferred.
• Knowledge of power and/or industrial goods product and service offerings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial and other data collection, analysis, modeling, and presentation to stakeholders.
• Support strategic projects driving revenue and EBITDA enhancement.
• Assist on M&A target analysis and business cases.
• Support posture decisions on product, experience, go-to-market, and operations.
• Coordinate with sustainability to align initiatives with company goals.
