Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business (mandatory).
• MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis and M&A.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Experience with due diligence, cohort analysis, bank reconciliation, and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment for potential M&A opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation, and assessment of target companies.
• Evaluate software revenue streams, user engagement metrics, and SaaS performance to analyze customer cohorts and trends.
• Conduct P&L and balance sheet analyses, assess AR/AP, and develop proforma statements for acquisitions focusing on cost savings and revenue growth.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing due diligence findings for stakeholders.
• Supervise and coach a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality output.
