Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead sales, service and operations at our luxury boutique. You will coach a team to achieve revenue goals, maintain visual standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Polo Ralph Lauren's image.

The role requires 3–5 years of luxury retail management, strong communication, negotiation, and people development skills, with a focus on profitability and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Retail Management Experience, preferably within the luxury retail market.
• Ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, motivation and staff development skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and profit performance in assigned store or department.
• Ensure that sales and margin goals are met; work with GM/DM to develop operating budgets and monitor performance.
• Establish individual sales goals for associates and supervise sales staff to maximize sales and profit performance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment that generates customer traffic and builds loyalty by exceeding customer expectations.
• Coach and mentor staff to implement initiatives that support exceptional customer service standards.
• Provide continual feedback to Buyers and Planners to identify high-potential items and classifications.
• Execute visual presentation initiatives that support merchandising and in-store image.
• Achieve store shrinkage goals and implement loss prevention procedures.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop staff; plan succession for current and future positions.
• Create programs to motivate personnel to drive sales and transactions.
• Work with Senior Management to execute promotional strategies supporting sales and profit objectives.
