Job summary

Rebag is seeking Sr. Store Experience Leads to drive sustainability in fashion by delivering exceptional resale experiences in-store. You will build rapport with customers, capture leads, and convert through charismatic product presentations and thorough follow-up.

In this role you will coach sales peers, manage relationships, educate on resale benefits, and help develop the in-store experience. You will be measured by new business and customer advocacy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a memorable resale journey.
• Identify objections, discuss financing, and resale pricing.
• Coordinate sellers' final transactions and receipts.
• Update CRM with accurate customer information.
• Lead the sales team to achieve monthly quota.
• Demonstrate mastery of Rebag products and services.
