Job summary

Rebag, a premier luxury resale retailer, is seeking a Sales Floor Associate for our Millenia location in Orlando. You will build rapport with customers, guide them through the resale experience, and convert leads with a charismatic, knowledgeable presentation of our products.

You’ll support peers, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue while upholding Rebag’s brand standards. The role requires energy, strong organization, a passion for fashion and sustainability, and a team-first

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest degree of customer service to provide an elevated experience.
• Strive to meet/exceed personal, category and store KPIs.
• Build client relationships for new acquisition and retention.
• Act as brand ambassador and deliver superb service.
• Convey product feedback to management.
• Support product launches and selling initiatives.
• Participate in training on product knowledge and arrivals.
• Build knowledge of trends and designers/brands.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Manage stock operations and online orders processing.
• Follow company policies and Rebag Bar practices.
• Perform store maintenance and assist with ad hoc requests.
