Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations on the sales floor and behind the scenes.
• Maintain thorough understanding of all policies, procedures and processes; Ensure team adherence and consistently reinforce the philosophy behind these principles.
• Drive all aspects of business including Front of House and Back of House planning, Rebag Bar experience, community networking and client development.
• Partner with Store Manager to develop business goals for store and omni-channel and translate into action plan; Routinely monitor achievement of goals.
• Coach and develop team to meet company standards; Lead by example on selling floor and oversee annual reviews.
