Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest degree of customer service and elevate the customer experience.
• Strive to meet/exceed personal, category and store sales goals.
• Build client relationships for new acquisition and retention.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Rebag with superb service.
• Communicate product and customer feedback to management.
• Support product launches, client service and selling initiatives.
• Participate in regular training on product knowledge and new arrivals.
• Maintain store merchandising standards.
• Handle stock operations and online order processing.
• Adapt to company policies and the Rebag Bar philosophy.
• Perform store maintenance and special requests as needed.
• Be capable of multi-tasking and coordinating efficiently.
