Responsibilities include building client relationships, using mobile POS, and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs, while maintaining the store’s appearance and participating in brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in luxury retail preferred; fashion knowledge or interest.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency; customer-focused with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeats.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain floor and stockroom cleanliness; support inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives and inclusion activities.
