Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Baraboo, WI to deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet personal and store goals, and support daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and teamwork to build brand loyalty.

You will welcome customers, develop client relationships, utilize POS and social selling, and participate in training to contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs and store goals.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy, organized sales floor and support inventory movement.
