Job summary

Cartier in the United States seeks an Area Director, Northeast, to lead a portfolio of boutiques with strategic, financial and people leadership. This senior role requires driving commercial growth, delivering exceptional client experiences, and shaping the market with regional partners.

You will mentor Boutique Directors, elevate leadership capability, and ensure brand standards across locations while traveling as needed to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple locations with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to coach leaders and build high-performing teams with succession planning.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail, clienteling, omnichannel strategy and operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Additional language skills and SAP experience are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work retail hours, including weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple boutiques to drive commercial performance and client experiences.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share, strengthen client relationships, and elevate clienteling and omnichannel experiences.
• Coach Boutique Directors and develop leadership across Cartier and Richemont.
• Represent Cartier as a trusted ambassador and build partnerships across boutiques and leadership.
