A luxury retail veteran with P&L responsibility, 8–10 years of leadership, and a willingness to travel will fit this role.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within luxury retail or hospitality.
• Proven success leading multiple locations with P&L responsibility and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
• Demonstrated ability to coach leaders, build high-performing teams, and develop strong succession pipelines.
• Deep understanding of luxury retail, clienteling, omnichannel strategy, and operational excellence.

Aufgaben

• Lead across multiple boutiques, creating an environment where commercial performance and client experiences thrive.
• Grow market share, strengthen client relationships, and elevate clienteling and omnichannel experiences.
• Coach Boutique Directors and foster succession planning, enabling talent to grow across Cartier and Richemont.
• Represent Cartier as a senior leader, building partnerships across boutiques, leadership, and corporate functions.
