You will manage opening/closing procedures, build relationships with a cultivated clientele, and contribute to events and outreach. The role offers $20.00 per hour plus commission, with a focus on exceptional customer experiences and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• High-end retail experience with client-focused sales.
• Existing client following is a plus.
• Open schedule across 7 days per week as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs daily, monthly and yearly.
• Build and manage client relationships and communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Maintain selling floor and visual merchandising.
• Open and close the store and handle procedures.
• Support events, outreach, and special projects.
