Job summary

Montage Palmetto Bluff is seeking a Leisure Sales Manager to lead the leisure market sales efforts, build travel-advisor partnerships, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will coordinate with Reservations, Guest Relations, Front Office, Housekeeping and other teams, while managing client databases, producing reports, and traveling for business development.

The role requires travel one to two times per quarter and strong knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office programs.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Hotel experience and sales background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall sales efforts for the Leisure Sales market.
• Establish Leisure and Transient Travel Marketing Action Plans.
• Provide direct service to guests and coordinate with Reservations, Guest Relations, Front Office and Housekeeping as needed.
• Attain annual room night and revenue goals for leisure and transient markets.
• Travel for business development and to visit key markets.
