Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and The Lodge & Club in Florida are seeking a Senior Leisure Sales Manager to drive luxury leisure revenue by building and maintaining relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia, and wholesale partners. The role emphasizes strategic account management, new business development, and market representation to drive room revenue and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• College degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Three to five years in luxury hotel, resort, leisure sales, or luxury travel industry.
• Proven success in developing new business and managing strategic accounts.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; familiarity with Delphi, GDS, and luxury distribution channels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure luxury leisure business to maximize revenue.
• Build relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia, and partners.
• Identify new opportunities through agency visits and outreach.
• Present to agencies and conduct trainings and webinars.
• Represent resorts at luxury travel tradeshows and events.
• Coordinate familiarization trips and site inspections.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing on pricing and campaigns.
• Ensure partner communications reflect resort offerings.
