Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and The Lodge & Club seek a Senior Leisure Sales Manager to drive luxury leisure business. You will cultivate relationships with luxury travel advisors, agencies, consortia, and wholesale/FIT accounts while collaborating with resort departments to deliver exceptional experiences for partners and guests.

The role requires proven luxury sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel for agency visits, tradeshows, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in luxury hotel, resort, leisure sales, or luxury travel.
• Established relationships with luxury travel advisors and agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, solicit, and secure luxury leisure business for Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and The Lodge & Club to maximize room revenue and ADR.
• Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel advisors, agencies, consortia, and wholesale/FIT partners.
• Identify and develop new leisure accounts and opportunities through calls, agency visits, and market research.
• Manage assigned leisure accounts with consistent, personalized communication to grow production.
• Conduct presentations, trainings, webinars, and updates to educate partners on resort offerings.
