Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Leisure Sales Manager for Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, SC. You will drive leisure market sales, manage client relationships, and coordinate with Reservations, Guest Relations, Front Office, and other departments to ensure exceptional service for luxury guests.

The role requires travel up to 1–2 times per quarter, strong communication skills, and a solid knowledge of Opera and hospitality systems. Bachelor’s preferred and hotel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall sales efforts for the Leisure Sales market.
• Establish Leisure and Transient Travel Marketing Action Plans.
• Provide direct service to guests and coordinate cross‑department support.
• Solicit new business through travel advisor partnerships; travel as needed.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation of sales activities.
