Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a seasoned Senior Leasing Agent to drive leasing activity, tour potential residents, and maintain high occupancy. You will implement renewal strategies, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth move-in process, collaborating with the Property Manager and team to deliver exceptional service.

This role emphasizes strong communication, diverse resident interactions, and attention to detail within a fast-paced property management environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years working in leasing or real estate.
• Personable leasing specialist with strong closing ratio.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
• Capable of managing entire leasing process from initial inquiry to move in.
• Familiar with resident retention and renewing leases.
• Ensure all service requests are followed through until completion.
• Develop and maintain long lasting relationships with current residents.

Responsibilities

• Execute and update property marketing materials and provide leasing tours.
• Implement renewal strategies to achieve resident retention goals.
• Respond to resident questions and maintain high customer service standards.
• Comply with Fair Housing requirements and company procedures.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and team; work both independently and collectively.
