Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking an accomplished Director of Sales to lead our luxury hotel's commercial strategy, driving profitable revenue and expanding relationships across Group, Corporate, Leisure, Consortia, and Sports segments.

In this role you will partner with the Commercial Director, Revenue Management, Marketing, Conference Services, and Operations to align strategies, coach a high‑performing sales team, and win strategic opportunities while maintaining exceptional client

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years leading a luxury hotel sales team.
• Strong knowledge of Chicago market and client needs.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and market share.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• US work authorization required.

• Lead the hotel's sales efforts to achieve budgeted revenue and profitability across key segments.
• Coach and develop the Sales team, set expectations, and drive career progression.
• Actively prospect, sell, and manage key accounts while expanding relationships.
• Partner with Commercial Director and Revenue Management to optimize group and transient business.
• Negotiate with clients to balance value, demand, and profitability.
