Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking a Housekeeping Team Lead to supervise and coach the housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional guest rooms and service. The ideal candidate demonstrates high attention to detail and a strong work ethic while maintaining efficient room turnover and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Fluent in English, verbal and written.
Experience operating electronic systems.
Passion for luxury hospitality service.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to cover early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Inspects and coaches a team of room attendants; trains staff.
Monitors daily progress, inspects rooms, corrects deficiencies, coordinates work orders.
Inspects VIP/special rooms to fulfill all requests and amenities.
Receives and fulfills guest requests on the floors.
Keeps linen rooms tidy, stocked, and equipment clean and ready.
