Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking an accomplished Director of Sales to join our Commercial leadership team. This senior role drives profitable revenue through strategic oversight of the hotel's sales activities, focusing on new business, key accounts, and market segments.

The Director will lead the Sales team, partner with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations, and balance strategic planning with hands-on selling to uphold the Four Seasons standard of exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality/Business fields.
• Demonstrated leadership of a high-performing sales team.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales, revenue management and market segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel’s sales activities and translate priorities into strategies to hit revenue goals.
• Develop and coach the Sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
• Prospect, manage key accounts and build new business across market segments.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on selling and client relationship management.
• Monitor performance and adapt plans to market trends.
