COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a vision-driven VP of Sales in Pennsylvania to lead the sales strategy for a luxury hospitality group. You will drive revenue growth across leisure, corporate, group, weddings, and events while protecting brand positioning and rate integrity.

You will mentor and develop a high-performing team, own key partnerships, and collaborate with Marketing, Events and senior leadership to create opportunities during peak and softer periods.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in sales within luxury hospitality or similar complex environments.
• Strong track record of building relationships and generating new business.
• Experience across leisure, transient, corporate, group, weddings, and events sales.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales across leisure, transient, corporate, group, weddings, meetings & events and memberships.
• Drive revenue and occupancy while maintaining luxury positioning and rate strategy.
• Lead, mentor and develop the sales team, including 5 direct reports.
• Build creative strategies and partnerships to drive business during high-demand and softer periods.
• Work with Marketing, Events and senior leadership to grow the business.
