Qualifications

• Senior F&B leadership experience in luxury hotel, resort, or large hospitality operation.
• Experience overseeing multiple F&B outlets and complex operations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost control experience.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop senior F&B leaders.
• Experience with luxury dining and high-volume family dining concepts.
