The ideal candidate will have extensive senior F&B leadership in luxury hospitality, proven multi-outlet oversight, and strong financial acumen for labor and cost management.

Qualifications

• Senior F&B leadership experience within a luxury hotel, resort or large-scale hospitality operation.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple F&B outlets and complex operations.
• Strong understanding of both luxury fine dining and high-volume dining environments.
• Experience managing and developing large, multi-level F&B teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing labor, food costs and departmental budgets.
