Job summary

Jobot in Chicago seeks a Senior Project Manager for our High‑End Residential Division. You will lead projects from initiation to close, hire subcontractors, coordinate vendors, and track equipment and materials within budget.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a construction-related field and 5+ years PM experience in luxury residential construction, with strong organization and cost-control skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction-related field.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• Experience with High-End Residential Construction.
• Technically literate and detail-oriented.
• Motivated team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from initiation to close for the High-End Luxury Division.
• Hire subcontractors, work with vendors and manage inventory of equipment/materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and permits; apply PM methodology.
• Stay organized, meet deadlines and manage budgets.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
