Sleeping Dog Properties in Boston seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead luxury residential construction from inception to completion. You will coordinate with clients, architects, and vendors to ensure flawless delivery and top-tier quality.

The role requires 7+ years in luxury residential PM, proven budget control, and strong leadership. Procore and MS Project proficiency are expected, with a focus on safety, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in luxury residential construction project management.
• Experience managing projects valued at $1M+.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple luxury residential projects from conception through completion.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure design intent and quality.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports for timely, profitable delivery.
• Implement project management best practices, ensuring safety, quality, and contractual compliance.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Oversee subcontractor performance to guarantee timely, quality workmanship.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with clients and team members.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster excellence.
