Job summary

Jobot seeks a highly skilled Senior Project Manager in Illinois to oversee commercial, multifamily, and light industrial construction projects. You will lead from start to finish and mentor junior staff while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across a broad pipeline of work.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of PM experience in diverse construction sectors, excellent communication, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations and procedures.
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, education, multi-family, and office construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of projects from start to finish.
• Mentor junior PM staff.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
