Jobot is partnering with a respected Palm Beach luxury home builder to hire a Senior Project Manager. You will oversee the development of high-end residential properties, from planning through handover, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury construction, proven leadership, and strong communication. Procore proficiency and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering are preferred; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and devise effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Expertise in scheduling, with the ability to develop comprehensive project timelines and monitor progress towards milestones.
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as Procore
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of luxury residential construction projects.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Developing comprehensive project schedules and monitoring progress to ensure that milestones are met.
• Solving any issues that arise during the construction process, utilizing your problem-solving skills to ensure that projects remain on track.
• Communicating regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conducting regular site inspections and coordinating any necessary corrective actions.
• Managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.
• Leading project teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring that all team members are working towards the same goals.
