Authentic Construction is seeking a Luxury Custom Home Project Manager to lead high-end residential projects in the Miami area. You will manage from pre-construction through turnover, guiding budgets, schedules, and trade execution while delivering exceptional homes for a premier builder.

The role requires direct builder-side experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish, with hybrid work in Miami, FL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing custom residential construction projects.
• Direct builder-side experience: worked for a residential builder and personally managed the construction side.
• Ability to interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Proficiency using construction management software like Procore and scheduling tools.
• Strong leadership to negotiate with subcontractors and hold trade partners accountable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with luxury clients and designers.

Responsibilities

• Manage active luxury residential projects from pre-construction through turnover.
• Coordinate two-week look-ahead schedules with field Superintendents.
• Direct project buyout, negotiate change orders, and prepare subcontractor POs.
• Track project financials, generate monthly progress billings and forecasts.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, and permitting using Procore.
• Partner with field Superintendents to keep jobsites safe, organized, and on schedule.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, interior designers, and subcontractors.
