Job summary

JOMED CONSTRUCTION CORP in Miami, FL is seeking a Project Manager / Superintendent to lead high-end residential projects from preconstruction through turnover. You will own field operations, be the main client contact, and manage scheduling, budgeting, and quality across multiple concurrent jobs.

The role requires strong coordination with engineers, architects, and subcontractors, along with adherence to Florida codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing high-end residential construction
• Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and written communication skills
• Comfortable with Procore/Buildertrend/MS Project/Excel

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule projects, set start/completion dates, assign staffing and sequence of trades
• Direct and supervise field operations and ensure quality conformance to plans and schedule
• Manage buyout, contracts, change orders, and lead times on long-lead items
• Maintain client communication with homeowners, architects, and designers; conduct regular owner meetings
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA requirements and maintain a safe, clean site
• Coordinate closeout activities, punch lists, turnover, and warranty items
