Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Beverage Manager to oversee beverage service across designated venues. You will lead the cocktail program, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage quality controls, and collaborate with culinary and service teams to maintain standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, inventory, staff development, and enforcing health and safety regulations while delivering market-competitive beverage offerings in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of beverage management experience in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cocktail, beverage & lounge/bar operations.
• Complete knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly and attentively.
• Oversee concept and ambiance across venues to align with vision.
• Manage par levels for beverage outlets and inventory.
• Ensure health & safety compliance per standards.
• Monitor drink quality, train staff, and conduct quality checks.
• Respond promptly to guest questions and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of the resort to assist guests proactively.
• Manage budgeting to meet financial targets while upholding quality.
• Lead and mentor staff to support organizational success.
• Maintain professional appearance and safety practices.
• Report facility issues to maintenance promptly.
• Conduct orientations, line-ups, and training.
• Ensure staff understand menus and wine offerings.
• Forecast staffing needs and prepare rosters.
• Control costs and quantities of supplies.
• Ensure work areas are clean and organized.
