Restoration Hardware, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Leader to set strategy and ensure execution of world-class service for our customers. This role will align internal teams to deliver a luxury experience externally.

The candidate will lead with RH's design point of view, build a culture of ownership, and partner with cross-functional teams to continuously elevate service metrics and revenue through expert product knowledge.

Formación

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role with leadership preferred.
• Proficiency with Mac or Dell operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of order management software.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality service.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems with cross-functional partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
