The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of leadership in high-volume dining, proven financial management, and hands-on ability to train, schedule, and optimize labor and costs while upholding RH standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality leadership in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Strong ability to manage labor and food costs with a strategic view of resources.
• Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, and POS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Members in partnership with the Hospitality Leader, providing training and guidance.
• Shape the service strategy for the dining room, including recruitment, onboarding, and team building.
• Uphold quality and safety standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide feedback as needed.
• Engage guests and Team Members to create a seamless experience.
• Assist in driving the financial vision by analyzing labor and sales performance to boost revenue.
• Create strategic schedules to optimize business operations and client experience.
• Step in for the Hospitality Leader when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
