Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects
• Strong drive with leadership and personal-skill focus
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills
• Attention to detail in managing budgets, schedules and quality

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects, teams, and vendor relationships to deliver quality work on schedule and within budget
• Control job costs, manage project logs/docs, and ensure safety on site
• Oversee ground-up luxury homes commonly valued at $5M–$10M+
