Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent - Residential for our growing team in West Palm Beach, FL. This on-site, permanent role requires hands-on leadership to oversee all phases of luxury residential construction, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with impeccable quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in construction.
• Proven experience in residential construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and safety management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and implement project work plans and ensure adherence to these plans.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all construction team members including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and laborers.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during construction.
• Communicate progress and changes to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of all construction activities.
