You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, and maintain quality on luxury residential projects. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in superintendent roles, strong leadership, reading blueprints, and proficiency with scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a superintendent role, preferably in custom home construction.
• Proven track record of completing projects from start to finish.
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proficient in scheduling and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle including quality control, site safety, and schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities per the project plan.
• Direct field personnel to complete projects on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for timely completion.
• Prepare, schedule, and supervise final punch list completion.
• Promote site safety and rectify hazards immediately.
• Maintain an organized and clean job site and construction office.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and compliant with policies/laws.
• Communicate project progress and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and foster a positive team environment.
