Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in construction, specifically in superintendent roles.
• Proficient in quality control, risk management, and blueprint reading.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction processes, and safety regulations.
• Experience with residential construction in Palm Beach and Jupiter is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct residential construction projects from inception to completion.
• Review projects to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques.
• Read blueprints and construction documents.
• Manage risks and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and legal requirements.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Meet performance conditions and deliver on time and within budget.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and senior management.
