Job summary

Cherry Talent Group partnered with a luxury custom home builder in McLean, VA to hire a Site Superintendent. This on-site leadership role will oversee ultra-luxury homes valued from $5M to $10M+, emphasizing design, craftsmanship, and on-site execution.

You will lead on-site construction from pre-development through warranty, coordinate subs, ensure safety, quality, and schedule, and collaborate with Project Managers using Procore (or BuilderTrend).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing high-end residential or luxury projects
• Deep understanding of building science and complex structural systems
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and grading plans
• Proven track record managing ultra-custom projects

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from pre-development through warranty period
• Manage subcontractor scheduling, coordination, and daily execution
• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism for high-net-worth clients
• Conduct daily site walks for quality control, plan/spec compliance, and progress tracking
• Oversee construction sequencing including foundations, framing, steel integration, waterproofing, and finishes
• Collaborate with Project Managers on scheduling, issue resolution, and execution planning
• Utilize Procore for logs, punch lists, documentation, and field communication
• Mentor and support other Site Superintendents
