Job summary

Van Cleef and Arpels in NYC seeks a Client Experience Senior Manager to oversee key client experience initiatives and drive loyalty across our Americas market. You will influence high-visibility transversal projects with partners and adapt strategies to HQ needs.

The role requires strong negotiation, executive presence to convey the department's objectives, and people management. It is based in our corporate NYC office and includes travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years in client experience.
• Experience in luxury products and jewelry preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; proactive and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily client journey by boutique typology and regional network.
• Lead introduction of client hospitality tools, frameworks and partnerships.
• Manage vendor relationships related to client gifting and seasonal programs.
