Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure boutique teams have tools to nourish client experience and manage vendor locations and gifting.
• Coordinate RSVP management for events and deploy gifting programs.
• Partner with CRM, HJ and communications to implement client experience strategies.
• Define local client treatment planning and support local event strategies.
• Monitor client satisfaction and analyze ROI of programs.
