Job summary

Van Cleef and Arpels in the Americas region seeks a Regional Client Experience Manager to elevate luxury client treatment across boutiques. You will build partnerships with local teams, oversee gifting programs, and coordinate event support to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will drive client satisfaction, deploy vendor sourcing, manage tools, and report on ROI, with travel across the region and collaboration with the AVP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4–5 years of management in luxury, hospitality or events.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Knowledge of CRM strategy and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure boutiques have tools to nourish client experience and assess client journey.
• Research, source and vet vendors/locations for hosting treatments and hospitality.
• Deploy gifting processes for boutiques and support RSVP management for events.
• Coordinate and follow consumption and orders of client experience tools.
• Deploy and streamline seasonal gifting programs and evaluate ROI.
• Monitor client satisfaction with Barometer results and Mystery Shopping.
