Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Drive store KPIs including appointments, repurchase rate, UPT, and conversion.
• Mentor and coach team members with product knowledge.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio and use CRM features.
• Oversee floor operations as MOD when required and manage opening/closing procedures.
