Brobston Group LLC in Aspen, Colorado, is seeking an Expert Client Advisor for Les Extraordinaires, a senior in-store sales specialist responsible for a designated product category such as watches, fine jewelry, exotics, hardsided goods and Objets Nomade. You will deliver exceptional client experiences through storytelling, client development and category leadership.

As brand ambassador, you will manage a portfolio of clients, coach teammates, train on product launches and communicate strategy

Qualifications

• Passion for the brand and product category
• Outstanding product knowledge and storytelling for watches, jewelry, or specialty categories
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with client development experience
• Strong commercial and analytical aptitude to drive category performance
• Previous retail luxury sales experience with demonstrated results

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive sales for assigned product category in store
• Lead by example to achieve top seller performance and meet category targets
• Deliver product training and support new launches for the team
• Cultivate and grow client relationships through proactive clienteling and portfolio management
• Provide feedback to management and communicate corporate strategy to the sales team
• Observe selling interactions and coach colleagues to improve selling techniques
