The Brobston Group in Aspen is seeking a Sales Associate to support boutique sales goals while delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships, growing a loyal clientele, and supporting High Jewelry sales.

You will achieve sales goals through clienteling and attend community events to generate business, inviting clients and prospective clients to boutique events. Strong communication and service commitment are essential.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
• Ability to develop lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Strong in-person and written communication skills and a commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through exceptional service and clienteling.
• Attend community events to generate business and invite clients and prospective clients to boutique events.
• Manage CRM initiatives, including client data, communications, gifting campaigns, and reporting.
• Support daily display setup and breakdown and maintain the boutique's aesthetic.
• Travel as required.
