Qualifications

• Senior Client Advisor with an established clientele and a proven track record in luxury retail sales.
• Exemplary client service skills and ability to mentor junior staff.
• Strong storytelling ability to convey product narratives and drive customer engagement.

Responsabilités

• Exceed individual sales targets and drive store sales through proactive client engagement.
• Develop bespoke client engagement strategies for different segments and ensure personalized experiences across all touchpoints.
• Manage client data and CRM targets to reach KPIs and loyalty goals.
• Mentor junior staff to deliver exceptional client service and sales performance.
• Coordinate with Visual and Operations teams to maintain presentation standards and stock availability.
