Maison Valentino is seeking a Part Time Client Advisor for our Belmont Outlet Boutique in New York. You will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and curating personalized shopping experiences that foster loyalty and drive boutique performance.

The role requires prior luxury retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail sales with relevant clientele-focused experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with retail POS systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Valentino Couture Service in every phase of the client journey.
• Build long-term client relationships with proactive engagement.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on new arrivals and events.
• Assist with sales, returns, and exchanges while maintaining inventory.
• Operate the POS system and perform transactions.
• Collaborate with team to uphold presentation standards.
