Job summary

GROWMARK, Inc. is seeking a Senior Region Manager - Lubricants to expand the Lubricants brand across the Central Western US region. This remote role requires close collaboration with distributor key accounts and field teams to secure new business and grow existing relationships.

You will develop growth plans, co-create marketing collateral, and manage a sales pipeline while staying aligned with company strategies. Expect travel to IA, MO, KS, and OK approximately 2–3 weeks per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or technical field (required).
• 10+ years of related sales experience in the territory.
• Lubricant industry credentials such as STLE CLS, OMA and/or ICML.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 2–3 weeks per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic growth plans with distributor networks to grow Lubricants business.
• Lead regional sales efforts and build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Drive sales targets and build a robust pipeline in the Central Western US.
• Coordinate with product management, marketing, and distributor teams for go-to-market plans.
• Travel 2–3 weeks per month to meet customers and support distributors.
