GROWMARK, Inc. is seeking a Senior Region Manager for Lubricants to drive growth across the Central Western US. The role focuses on key distributor relationships, top-line sales, and strategic market development from Des Moines, IA with travel to IA, MO, KS, and OK.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a technical field and 10+ years of related experience. Travel 2-3 weeks per month is required; CRM experience is highly desired. Competitive total rewards are offered.
